Our company was founded in 2004 in Neuss. Our philosophy is “From practice for practice”. We therefore know that in addition to the actual special products the connected customer service is becoming more and more important in the fastening technology. We supply you with the common standard- and DIN parts. In addition, you can obtain special fasteners and drawing parts.
We see ourselves as a problem solver in the range of the fastening technology.
Our customer has a claim to application-technical advice for already existing developments or new designs, which we are happy to meet. The improvement of customer products and, analogously, the reduction of production costs are the daily goals of our engineering team.
Due to an extensive warehousing with products made of Carpenter, chromium, corronell, duplex, Ferralium ®, Hastelloy®, HCR, Incology®, cobalt, molybdenum, Monell®, non-ferrous metal, nickel, Nimonic®, niobium, rhenium, silverin, titanium, tomback, TZMk, Waspaloy®, tungsten or zirconium and all other stainless steels. BZN can supply at extremely competitive prices in short-term.
Performances
Fasteners have to withstand hard requirements every day. They have to be a reliable partner – hard and precise.
Rough climate and humidity have to rebound from their surface like a rubber ball on a wall. They must withstand the influences of chemicals.
Our product range includes screws, standard- and drawing parts made of stainless-steel and special materials. Of course, we will provide you with the complete range of high-quality standard parts.
Our real speciality is the manufacturing of products according to your individual specifications. We offer tailor-made solutions for our customers in the chemical-, petrochemical-, oil-, gas-, energy- and plant engineering industries.

Materials
Trust our skills. Drawing parts being more complicated in production are our core competence.
We can supply a wide range of special materials such as carpenter, chromium, corronell, duplex, stainless high-grade steel (A1, A2, A3,A4, A5), Ferralium®, Hastelloy®, HRC, Incoloy®, cobalt, molybdenum, Monell®, non-ferrous metal, nickel, Nimonic®, niobium, rhenium, silverin, titanium, tomback, TZM, Waspaloy®, tungsten or zirconium and all other stainless steels (see table below).
Turning-, milling- and long turned parts as well as punching-, bending- and laser parts are as much a part of our extensive range of services as the cold- and hot forming with multi-stage presses. All products are available from us as a single piece or in the batch sizes desired by you.
